Fighting for Justice

Simon-Telfeyan-Car

Simon Telfeyan’s SUV

When you are in a car accident, the goal of most insurance companies is to resolve the matter for as little as possible. They prefer to settle with you out of court by offering you a cut-rate dollar amount that is fully discounted.

Simon Telfeyan made a left turn at the intersection of State Road 7 and Funston Street just before he was hit by Franklin Cruz Jr., who was going at least 70 mph, according to eyewitnesses.   Mr. Telfeyan suffered five fractured ribs, a fractured thoracic vertebrae and cervical neck injuries exacerbating a degenerative spinal condition. Two of his ribs failed to heal after the May 2012 crash, and Mr. Telfeyan testified every breath is painful.  Fortunately, Mr. Telfeyan sought the services of Brill & Rinaldi, The Law Firm.

At Brill & Rinaldi, The Law Firm, our attorneys went to work on the case, expertly navigating the insurance policy landscape and the claims process. At trial, Telfeyan’s treating physicians, including three orthopedic surgeons and a neurologist, testified on regarding the extent of Mr. Telfeyan’s injuries and damages.  Our team also located all of the key eyewitnesses in the case and secured their testimony for trial.  The attorneys also retained an accident reconstruction expert to refute the defendant driver’s claims of fault by Mr. Telfeyan.  The  accident reconstruction expert use a drone to acquire aerial photos of an exemplar roadway, performed real-life roadway testing and created an animation superimposed with roadway footage to demonstrate how the accident occurred. In the end, Simon Telfeyan was awarded more than $1 million dollars, due to his securing Brill & Rinaldi, The Law Firm as his legal advocate. We went to trial to fight for the justice that Mr. Telfeyan deserved and we are prepared to fight for justice for you and your family as well.
